We're Excited!

Within the next few weeks we will be displaying our products and services in The Andersons stores. They have decided to ask us, because of our reputation and professionalism, to supply their customers with heating and air conditioning needs. Not only is it a GREAT opportunity for us, it's an honor to be partnered with a company like The Andersons.

Fry is knowledgeable, congenial and very efficient ! I couldn't ask for better people and service. They listen and get the job done. They are perfect in my book. Fry cannot do anything to improve because I give them a 5 star rating and then some! Very reasonable in cost. Thanks guys for all you've done!

We are a 40 year customer. We appreciate their willingness to fix and repair and anytime. We can call at all hours and they come right over. We feel they don't need to improve on anything: When you are on top, where can you improve?!

Congratulations April

We are happy to announce that the "Fry Team" has expanded. Congratulations to April McDonald, our Dispatcher, on the birth of her daughter. Most of you, our customers, have spoken to April while arranging your service and installation.

Mr. Lehner was a great sales rep, more friend than salesman. He answered all questions and was a perfect gentleman and professional.

Both Offices are Busy

People are beginning to realize the benefits of upgrading their systems into new high efficiency heating and air conditioning. They are especially opening their eyes to the comfort and savings provided with the variable speed ECM motors. It's amazing that today you not only can save 25-60% of your gas costs....it's even more amazing when you can save another $300 or more a year in electric costs as well. In fact, the monthly payments are much less than the monthly savings which simply means it puts hard earned money right back into our customer's pockets. Not even mentioning the government tax incentives. We also just added gas and electric Lennox fireplaces and fireplace inserts. Now you can easily change your dirty and unused fireplace into a efficient and beautiful heating supply. Care about you all.....

THE HEAT HAS HIT!

It has really been busy in both our Toledo and Port Clinton offices. Lots of upgrades on air conditioners but most people are also getting more efficient furnaces at the same time. With the special and the government tax credits it makes sense. The transition into our new area has been lots of fun. The new staff in Port Clinton have proven to be some very high quality, honest, and knowledgeable people.
