BRRRRRR
This is Dan. Cold, cold, cold. Guys are really busy keeping our customers warm and comfortable. It's probably the economy...but it's hard to believe how many people are trying to fix their own equipment to save money, or because they don't have any money, and end up with a real mess. It's also amazing how many people have had their equipment replaced by companies who are no longer in business today. Have to feel sorry for them. On another note, if I don't have time to put on another note before Thursday........MAY YOU AND YOUR FAMILY HAVE A VERY MERRY AND WONDERFUL CHRISTMAS!

Proud of the website updates.....
This is Dan. Doesn't April do a great job updating our website? She even added a touch of "Christmas". Notice the picture of our "Office Staff" on this blog? If you visit our "Meet our Team" area on the website you will find pictures of our newest additions, Alex and Kim, who have proven to be valuable assets. They are working hard to make sure we are taking care of our existing customers well by calling each and every one of them. If you are one of our existing you can expect one of them to be calling you in the future. That may take some time since we have over 40,000 of you. We have tightened our belts extensively around here to give our customers the best values for the least investment. That's not easy to do in this economy. Let us know what you think of our blog and what you would like to see on it.

Training does help....
This is Dan. Lots of York training sessions in-house today for our employees. It's important to insure our customers are given the best choices and that we have the knowledge to help them make great choices. It's important we ask plenty of questions to qualify their needs. It's amazing that only about 20% of the H.V.A.C. companies do a total heat loss and gain on their customers properties. I'm certainly glad we are part of that 20%

Party....
This is Dan. Good time at the Christmas party. We all went to the comedy club and watched a few comedians. The main attraction was Ward Anderson. We enjoyed a buffet supper and a few drinks with lots of laughs. Twenty three attended.

Customer Service
Glad our emloyees care....
Hi everyone. This is Dan. Attended a meeting this morning at 7:30 with the Toledo Chamber that I sit on the board for. On the way to the office received a phone call from one of our "Comfort Advisors" who was at a customer's house. He was upset because our Service Technician was supposed to be at the house at 8:30. He was now 5 minutes late. Told him that the times are approximate and that I was sure the Technician was on the way. By the time he was calling the Technician was arriving. Oh well.....guess I have to be glad our employees are dedicated to making sure our customers are well taken care of. After all, all our jobs are dependent on taking care of them 100%. Almost Christmas party time. Note that here we call it Christmas and not holiday. We realize the reason for the season. Friday night, comedy club. No jeans. Should be fun.
Good morning everyone! Did another post install inspection yesterday. Sold this customer a new York 98 percent modulating furnace, highest AFUE in the industry. Total satisfaction. Their short term concern which will go away, is the new furnace is too quiet; it can't be heard like the "old" one, especially when it came on! This call made my day!! Another satisfied Fry customer. What a day.
This is Dan.Arrived to the office with plenty of plans. New Technician, Mike, started work today. Great attitude. Expecting good things from him. Sales Meeting was productive. We talked about their responsibilities to our customers and how to understand the operating cost benefits of a gas hot water heater over an electric one. Phone calls are keeping me busy in between.
