THE HEAT HAS HIT!

It has really been busy in both our Toledo and Port Clinton offices. Lots of upgrades on air conditioners but most people are also getting more efficient furnaces at the same time. With the special and the government tax credits it makes sense. The transition into our new area has been lots of fun. The new staff in Port Clinton have proven to be some very high quality, honest, and knowledgeable people.

We had the "Ribbon Cutting Ceremony" on Friday, May 14th and the "Grand Opening Ceremony" on Saturday, May 15th for our new Port Clinton office. Lots of excitement......

Wow...what an exciting few weeks we've had. We were recently recognized in a very large H.V.A.C. magazine and were just asked to be interviewed for another national magazine. We are also in the process of expanding our area by opening a new office in Port Clinton, Ohio. We were fortunate enough to gain a large customer base through an acquisition of Fellhauer Mechanical. Our new office will be located at 114 Perry Street in Port Clinton and will be opening soon. We are having some remodeling done at the location, the signage installed, and phone lines ran. The new employees are going to be a great addition to our organization. They are good, clean, experienced, people of integrity and we know they will be treating our customers with the respect and professionalism they deserve.

New products, new ideas, federal tax incentives, and a great team makes us excited about the future of our company. Add in the fact that we are celebrating 80 years in 2010 and the special offers to our customers it should be a great year.

Even with the GREAT advantages of upgrading heating equipment now we are finding the only ones' doing so are those who have completely non-working systems or unsafe systems. In fact, many of the people with non-safe systems are taking their chances even when they are jeopardizing the health, safety, and sometimes life of their loved ones. People forget that the average life of a heating system is only 15 years and the new systems can save them more on their utility bills than the monthly payments on the new equipment. What does that mean? Money in their pocket even without including the 30%, up to $1500, tax credit. Clearly people are concerned. Actually, because of the scarcity of business, price mark up on new heating equipment is lower than usual which simply means, companies are getting less profit on their products now. That means even better for those who make the smart choice of upgrading now.
