Good morning everyone! Did another post install inspection yesterday. Sold this customer a new York 98 percent modulating furnace, highest AFUE in the industry. Total satisfaction. Their short term concern which will go away, is the new furnace is too quiet; it can't be heard like the "old" one, especially when it came on! This call made my day!! Another satisfied Fry customer.
